• U.S. Ground Shipping: Free

• U.S. Standard Overnight: $50

• International Standard: $35

• International Overnight: $75

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

• Processing times are the same regardless of shipping speed.

• Estimated delivery:

  • U.S. Ground: 3–5 business days

  • U.S. Overnight: 1 business day

  • International Standard: 3–7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees billed by the destination country. These costs are not included at checkout.

• Delaroq is not responsible for customs or transit delays.

Tracking

• Track your order via the carrier’s website using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

• You may also use our site chat with your order number and email to access your tracking link.

• Please note: delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by payment authorization, customs clearance, or inclement weather.

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once placed, orders cannot be adjusted.

• If you wish to change your order, we can cancel it before shipment so you may place a new order.

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

First-Time Orders

For security purposes, first-time orders may be shipped only to the cardholder’s verified billing or work address. Please ensure billing and shipping details match your payment method to avoid delays.

Insurance

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for, items are no longer covered by insurance.

Pre-Order Items

Shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates and subject to change. We cannot guarantee exact ship dates; delays or cancellations during production may occur.
