Orders

• Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of the order.

• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

• Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.

• Pricing: Prices displayed at checkout exclude applicable sales tax and duties. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

• No Resale: Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

• Reserved Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payments

All transactions on our Website are processed securely. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other local methods shown at checkout. Cardholders may be subject to validation checks by issuers. If authorization is refused, the order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for fees or penalties charged by your payment provider.

Gift cards are valid for five years from the purchase date and may only be used in the country where issued.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

• Estimated delivery:

  • U.S. Ground: 3–5 business days (free)

  • U.S. Overnight: 1 business day ($50)

  • International Standard: 3–7 business days ($35)

  • International Overnight: 3–5 business days ($75)

• For security reasons, first-time orders may be shipped only to the cardholder’s verified billing or work address.

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarding addresses.

• All items are insured in transit until delivery.

Cancellations; Returns; Defective Products

Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact info@delaroq.com immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and dust bags.

• A $9 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please request a return for refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us at info@delaroq.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Delaroq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

Linking & Social Media Features

You may link to our Website in a fair and legal way, without suggesting endorsement. We may disable linking or social media features at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Website will be error-free or free of harmful components.

Limited Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delaroq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the purchase amount of that order. You agree to indemnify Delaroq against claims arising from your misuse of the Website.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in New York, on an individual basis. Both parties waive rights to class actions or jury trials.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delaroq. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
