We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can start a return or exchange easily through our Returns Portal with your order number and email or ZIP code.

Eligibility Window

  • Returns for refund: within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: request within 14 days; we’ll ship the new item once your original scans in transit.

  • Drop-off deadline: please hand off your return within 7 days of creating your label.

Condition

  • Items must be new, unused, and unaltered, with all tags, dust bag, and protective materials included.

  • Sets or bundles must be returned in full.

  • We may refuse items that show wear or are missing components.

Fees & Refunds

  • A $9 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • No restocking fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days after receipt (your bank may need more time).

Exchanges

  • One exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale, personalized/monogrammed items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts

  • Gift returns may be refunded as store credit to the recipient once inspected.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

How to Start

  1. Go to our Returns Portal.

  2. Enter your order number and email/ZIP.

  3. Select your item(s), choose return or exchange, and download your prepaid label.

  4. Pack securely with all components and drop off within 7 days.
